Nelson Mandela's daughters, Zindzi and Zenani Mandela, attended the Royal Film Performance of Mandela: Long Walk Tt Freedom in London, just hours before it was announced that their father had passed away.

Talking about the movie biopic to British newspaper the Daily Mail before she heard of her father's death, Zindzi said: "It’s something that makes me feel really proud, what my family went through and the role my father played has been recognized. It is a reward [for him].”

Sadly, Madiba's daughers were informed of their father's death during the film screening.
