Spencer West, who reached the 19,341-foot-high summit of Mount Kilimanjaro this week, said he did it to "redefine what's possible." The 31-year-old Toronto man, who lost his legs when he was five, said he scaled the lofty peak using only his hands for 80 percent of the grueling seven-day climb.
