AIM fires back: Extension was possible

On December 17, AIM chairman S Chandra Das said that the company had extended its services to the town council twice, in August and September 2011. He said that AIM would have agreed to extend further if AHTC had asked for it.

In response, Ms Sylvia Lim questioned why AIM stopped their services in the first place and said AHTC understood no such extension would have been readily made available at that time.

Mr Chandra Das is a former member of the People's Action Party and parliament member.
