Wife of late former Finance Minister Hon Sui Sen's has died
The wife of Singapore's late former Finance Minister Hon Sui Sen has died.
Mrs Annie Hon, who was in her 90s, died last night at home.
She's survived by four daughters, 15 grand children and nine great grand children.
Her wake is being held at Church of St Mary of the Angels in Bukit Batok.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and former Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew were at the church this evening to pay their respects.
Mrs Hon's funeral will be held on Monday.
Her husband, who was Singapore's Finance Minister from 1970 to 1983, died in October 1983.
