SINGAPORE: Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Vivian Balakrishnan will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on November 9—10 to attend the 25th Malaysia—Singapore Annual Exchange of Visits (MSAEV).
Dr Balakrishnan’s visit is at the invitation of Malaysia’s Minister for Natural Resources and Environment, Mr Douglas Uggah Embas.
He will meet with Mr Douglas Uggah Embas to discuss environmental issues of mutual interest and further deepen the environmental cooperation between both countries. The visit will conclude with informal sports events involving staff of the two ministries.
Dr Balakrishnan will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, the National Environment Agency, and PUB — the national water agency.
