Train services from Queenstown to Outram Park resume
SINGAPORE: East bound train services on East West Line between Queenstown and Outram Park Stations have been restored, following a temporary disruption.
Train operator SMRT said this was to allow police to investigate an incident that occurred on the tracks between Redhill and Tiong Bahru Stations.
Bus bridging and free bus services were made available at designated boarding points outside affected stations.
SMRT said passengers who could not continue with their journey because of the disruption can get a refund at the Passenger Service Centre at any of SMRT’s 83 stations in the next 14 days.
