The most expensive Executive Condominium sold
The last Executive Condominium, or EC, development launch for the year in Singapore ended on a high... at a record 2.05 million dollars!
It's the most expensive EC unit sold, to date.
The size of the penthouse is about 4,350 square feet - and can house up to four families under one roof.
Mediacorp understands the buyers of the unit are a young couple, who sealed the deal about an hour after the launch.
The average price of other EC units in this project is about $770 per square foot.
Developers said there were 1,800 applications made for the 514 units.
And by 8pm, about 65 per cent of the units have been sold.
