Symphony's 92.4FM's Young Talent Project
MediaCorp Symphony 92.4FM is looking to discover young classical music talents.
The Young Talents Project 2014 is open to citizens and residents of Singapore and other Asian countries who're 15 or under.
Vice President of Symphony 92.4FM, Wang Ya-Hui, says the Young Talents Project aims to provide a supportive and motivational platform for these young classical musicians to be seen and heard.
Through the audition stages, a 'live' Music Marathon will be held at Orchard Central in March to showcase these hopeful Young Talents onstage.
Shortlisted finalists will be invited to take part in masterclasses held by world-renowned musicians.
The top 10 Grand Finalists will get the opportunity to perform in a Gala Concert in June.
They will vie for cash prizes totaling up to S$10,000 and the AMADEUS Young Talent Prize, which includes an all-expense paid trip to Vienna, Austria for masterclasses.
