SPRING Singapore takes Interesting Mart to task for misuse of logos & name
SPRING Singapore has taken a company to task for misusing its logo and name, as well as that of its subsidiary, SPRING SEEDS Capital.
It said on Tuesday that Interesting Mart was not authorised to use the logos of SPRING and SPRING SEEDS Capital on its website.
SPRING said it has had no part in the formation of Interesting Mart.
Neither has Interesting Mart been been awarded the "Spring Singapore Enterprise Fund", as claimed by the website.
Interesting Mart stopped using the logos and name after SPRING Singapore took action.
SPRING Singapore said it does not allow the use of its logo or name to endorse any company's products or services.
SPRING Singapore is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry and responsible for helping Singapore enterprises grow and building trust in Singapore products and services.
