Specialised school for Normal Technical students welcomes first batch
Singapore's first specialised school for Normal Technical students welcomed its first batch of students at its brand new campus this morning.
Crest Secondary School will provide a customised curriculum, allowing students to attain both the GCE N Levels and I-T-E Skills Certificate.
Students will get to do basic vocational modules at the lower secondary level, before they specialise in their ITE Skills Certificate course in upper secondary.
They will also get industrial attachments to gain practical experience.
School principal Frederick Yeo said they received over 300 applications for its 200 places.
