Singapore film directors to make film dedicated to Singapore
Seven local film directors will be paying tribute to Singapore's 50th year in the best way they know how - by making a film dedicated to Singapore.
The seven directors are: Eric Khoo, Jack Neo, Kelvin Tong, Tan Pin Pin, Royston Tan, Boo Jun Feng, and K Rajagopal.
They'll be pooling their talents to create a film that's an omnibus of seven short stories - each a different interpretation of Singapore and the lives of its people.
This is the first time all seven directors will be working together.
The film is slated to be released in the middle of next year, and is being made with the support of the Media Development Authority of Singapore, and the Singapore Film Commission.
