SINGAPORE: Puzzle solvers and Da—Vinci Code enthusiasts will have something to look forward to in October.
Singapore’s 200—kilometre park connector network will be transformed into a giant treasure map, with hints and clues scattered throughout.
These clues will help participants solve a set of riddles obtained from the Liberty Hunt
website
.
With each riddle solved, participants will be given a single number digit.
They will need 12 digits to crack a combination code on the final day.
The grand prize is S$50,000.
As an added thrill, participants can also use a mobile app to keep track of their competition.
But main organiser Liberty Insurance hopes the challenge will be all in good fun.
Martin Bridger, managing director, Liberty Insurance, said: "This initiative that we are partnering with NParks, Traffic Police, and the Road Safety Council, will encourage people to ride safely, protect themselves, (and) be more responsible. I think people will have great fun, take care of themselves, and very importantly, get to know more about Singapore and the beautiful environment."
