Select Group's to invest $45 million new corporate headquarters for overseas expansion
Singapore food and beverage company, Select Group, will have a new corporate headquarters by the third quarter of 2015 to pave the way for its overseas expansion.
It says the $45 million building will enhance connectivity with regional partners in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China and support the group's overseas franchise and joint venture operations.
It plans to set up 300 outlets in the next five years, of which 50 per cent will be located overseas.
The new headquarters in Senoko South Road, will have an area of 160,000 square feet, five times larger than its current office.
It'll house a central kitchen, a culinary institute to build up the Select Group's local talent pool of culinary chefs and a production centre for its sauces and mixes.
Select Group operates a total of 18 F&B brands and 98 outlets in Singapore.
