Private property prices rose 0.4 per cent in the third quarter of this year
The Urban Redevelopment Authority, URA says private property prices rose 0.4 per cent in the third quarter of this year.
That's a more moderate increase compared to the one per cent rise in the second quarter of the year.
URA says prices of non-landed private residential properties in both Core Central Region and Rest of Central Region fell.
In the Core Central Region, prices fell 0.5 per cent, more than the 0.2 per cent decline in the second quarter.
Prices in Rest of Central Region decreased for the first time since the first quarter of last year, by 1.1 per cent.
Price of property outside the Central Region, rose by 2.1 per cent.
