PM Lee weighs in on PSLE review
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said that all primary schools in Singapore are good schools.
But to maintain a good education system, finding the right balance to handle excessive stress is important.
At the same time, it's important not to compromise on preparing children for a competitive world and good jobs.
Speaking at the 30th anniversary celebrations of Townsville Primary School, Mr Lee added that the government will be reviewing the PSLE, or Primary School Leaving Examination.
But he said the review is just one aspect of the situation but attitude towards the exam is also important.
