NTUC opens Second U PME centre in CBD
The labour movement, NTUC, has opened a centre catering to Professionals, Managers or Executives or PMEs in the Central Business District.
The second U PME centre at One Marina Boulevard will offer services ranging from career and employment-related advice, to legal advisory.
The first U PME Centre was opened in January at the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability in Jurong East.
The NTUC PME Unit says they will be embarking on a marketing campaign this month to increase awareness of the centres.
A new online portal was also launched for PMEs who want to access information offered through the centre.
PMEs make up over 30 per cent of the resident workforce last year, three percentage point higher than a decade ago.
