SINGAPORE: Nominations for this year’s Good Neighbour Award are now open.
The award was introduced in 2009 to recognise residents who have contributed towards a better living environment through simple acts of kindness and thoughtfulness.
Partners in this year’s award, organised by the Housing and Development Board, include the People’s Association and the Singapore Kindness Movement.
Nomination forms can be obtained at HDB Branches, RC Centres, Community Clubs and Centres and POSB Branches.
Nominations can also be submitted online, through forms downloaded from the
or through the toll—free hotline 1800—8663079.
Students can submit their nomination forms through their schools.
Last year, 2,360 nominations were received with over 300 residents and students receiving awards.
