SINGAPORE: A new bus service will begin operation on January 19 to link Rivervale Crescent with Sengkang MRT station and bus interchange.
Service 371 is the 19th bus service to be launched under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme.
The new loop service will operate from Sengkang bus interchange and ply along Compassvale Road, Compassvale Street, Rivervale Drive and Rivervale Crescent.
In a joint statement on Tuesday, SBS Transit and the Land Transport Authority said besides enhancing connectivity to key transport nodes such as the MRT station, the new bus service will also provide convenient access to amenities including Rivervale Mall and schools in the area.
Service 371 will operate daily from 5.45am till 12.35am. - CNA/nd
