Minister of State Lee Yi Shyan to lead business delegation to Jilin Province, China
Minister of State for Trade & Industry and National Development Lee Yi Shyan will lead a business delegation to Jilin Province, China tomorrow.
The business mission comprises 65 Singapore-based companies.
A statement from the National Development Ministry said the four-day visit aims to deepen companies' understanding of the latest developments in Jilin Province, as well as the potential for investment opportunities.
The delegation will visit areas including Changchun, Jilin Food Zone and Jilin City.
During the visit, Mr Lee will meet key government officials, including Party Secretary of Jilin Province Sun Zhengcai, Vice Governor of Jilin Province Chen Weigen and Party Secretary of Jilin City Zhang Xiaopei.
The visit is coordinated by the National Development Ministry, International Enterprise Singapore and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Mr Lee will be accompanied by the SCCCI President Mr Teo Siong Seng and government officials.
