A MediaCorp Publishing event has clinched the Bronze award for Best Event Ambiance (Consumer) in this year's Marketing Event Awards.
The award recognises and honours the best of Asia's events marketing, management and planning industry.
BabyCare Festival 2012 is an annual parent and baby fair organised by Mother & Baby and BabyCare magazines.
It was up against other finalists such as Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore, Nikon, DFS Hong Kong Limited, Volkswagen Group Malaysia and Zalora Singapore.
MediaCorp said the seventh BabyCare Festival won for showcasing the best displays, as well as featuring an environment catering to the needs of mums-to-be, new parents and young families.
The event also featured contests, education programmes as well as entertainment by government bodies and corporate organisations.
Jessie Sng, Managing Director of MediaCorp's Publishing Division, says, "Winning this title ahead of so many other worthy contenders is a feather in our cap and will definitely spur us on to put together an even more spectacular show in 2013. We would like to thank Marketing Events Awards for recognising BabyCare Festival's excellence in its category."
The next BabyCare Festival will be held from 22 to 24 February 2013 at Singapore Expo Hall 6.
Details will be published in Mother & Baby magazine's February 2013 issue.
