Masagos Zulkifli meets M’sian ministers in KL

SINGAPORE: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs Masagos Zulkifli met with Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Richard Riot Jaem in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday.

They affirmed the good ties between the two countries and exchanged views on developments in Malaysia.

Mr Masagos, who arrived in Malaysia on Monday, also met Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Wira Abu Seman Yusop.

They spoke of the good cooperation between the two countries in combating transnational crime, and agreed to strengthen relations between the agencies concerned, particularly in tackling terrorism and drug abuse.

Mr Masagos will spend the next two days in Kedah and Perlis, meeting state dignitaries.
