Man involved in fatal gang fight jailed 10 years
SINGAPORE : A 52—year—old man involved in a fatal gang fight was jailed 10 years by the High Court on Tuesday.
Hassan Amat is the oldest known member in the case, which dates back to July 2010.
The incident involved an armed clash between two gangs in Orchard Road.
It led to the death of Mohamad Noraidi Zahari.
Hassan was one gang member who chased the victim into the lobby of Orchard Plaza, surrounded him and slashed him.
The rest of the gang members have been dealt with by the courts.
