SINGAPORE: A grouping of religious ministers from Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore (MABIMS) have urged parties responsible for the conflict in Gaza to cease all acts of aggression and violence which has devastated the lives of the people there.
The ministers also appealed to all interested parties and power brokers to take immediate action to end the conflict and to bring peace back to the region.
The ministers concluded their 15th informal meeting in Singapore on Wednesday.
In a media statement, the ministers unanimously expressed deep sadness with regards to the developments in Gaza.
The ministers said they deeply regret this conflict which has claimed the lives of innocent victims, including women and children, and the destruction of properties and livelihoods of the people of Gaza.
