SINGAPORE: The M1 Singapore Fringe Festival is back for its ninth year.
The opening act, ’Revisit the Sunflower’ is a multi—disciplinary work by a Singapore dance group that examines the way people perceive their surroundings through different states of mind.
Opening the festival at the National Museum of Singapore was Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, Lawrence Wong.
The festival features 15 works, including dance, theatre and music, from 10 countries including Japan and Hungary.
Many of these works will explore the intricate relationship between art and entertainment.
These performances and visual art pieces will be available at the Esplanade, the National Museum and ION Orchard until January 27.
