M1 network down
Some M1 mobile customers are having problems with their phone and data connections since this morning.
Close to a hundred affected users have also gone to M1's facebook page to report the problem.
One of them, Lee Kok Chuan says he first discovered the service disruption at about 930am.
"When I discovered, I checked with their customer service even using a landline, I can't get through, I was very surprised why the information was not disseminated, so that we will not be in a state of anxiety, what happens when i am in an emergency?"
Responding to queries from 938LIVE, an M1 spokesperson says the telco is aware of intermittent connection issues currently faced by some of its customers.
He added that the telco is currently "addressing" the issue.
