SINGAPORE: Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally 2014 speech this Sunday (Aug 17) at the ITE Headquarters and College Central. Mr Lee will chart the direction for his Government and he has said he will touch on providing Singaporeans greater peace of mind in their old age, and on giving the youth more opportunities to pursue their dreams.

His Mandarin speech will be broadcast from 6.45pm on Channel 8 and Channel U, and his Malay speech will be carried on Suria.
The Prime Minister's English speech will be broadcast live from 8pm to 10pm on all MediaCorp TV channels - including Channel 5, HD 5, Vasantham, Suria, Channel 8, Channel U and okto. It will also be aired live with captions on Channel NewsAsia, and will be streamed live on the Channel NewsAsia website.

Government feedback portal REACH also wants to hear from Singaporeans on the after the National Day Rally. It will organise a live chat on its Facebook page on Aug 21 from 7.30pm to 9pm, chaired by Senior Minister of State for Health and Manpower and REACH Chairman, Dr Amy Khor.
