Health Ministry seeking feedback on ILTC guidelines
The Health Ministry will be introducing a set of guidelines for home and centre-based care services for seniors.
And it is seeking public feedback on it.
The Ministry said two committees, comprising service providers, healthcare professionals and policy experts, drafted the guidelines.
They reflect many existing good practices in the intermediate and long term care or ILTC sector, and will set out the standard of care that all centre-based and home care providers should aspire to achieve.
The set of guidelines is slated to be finalised by end of this year.
