Health Minister to explain policies from Budget debate
Health Minister Gan Kim Yong says his ministry will explain policy initiatives that came out of the Budget 2013 debates at the community level.
He said one way of doing this will be to make use of the ongoing Singapore Conversation.
Mr Gan was speaking at the sidelines of an active ageing event today, and said that the parliamentary debates were just the start.
He said he wanted to use community dialogues to share his ministry's message on the new medical facilities coming on stream.
Mr Gan says Minister of State for Health Amy Khor and Parliamentary Secretary for Health Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim will be involved in the discussion
process.
