Government land sales sites in first half of next year will yield about 14,000 private residential units

The National Development Ministry (MND) says sites identified for the government land sales (GLS) programme for the first half of next year will yield about 14,000 private residential units.
This include 3,100 Executive Condominium units.
That's comparable to the GLS programme for the second half of this year.
In addition, MND said there is a potential yield of 315 thousand square metres gross floor area of commercial space and 1,740 hotel rooms to meet the needs of the economy.
