Future Leaders Mentorship Sessions launched

Future Leaders Mentorship Sessions launched

Selected NTUC members will soon get a chance to learn from the experiences of leaders from various organisations in small closed-door sessions, as part of a new initiative launched by the labour movement.

Called the Future Leaders Mentorship Sessions, small groups of about 10 to 15 participants will get the chance to engage CEOs from various industries over coffee.

NTUC hopes to hold about three of such sessions this year, and another six next year.

The initiative rounds up a 3-stage Future Leaders programme aimed at enriching and supporting professionals, managers and executives in their career.

The other two components of the three-stage programme are a leaders summit and a series of fireside chats, led by a CEO.

Last year's Future Leaders Summit saw about a thousand participants hearing from about 25 industry leaders and CEOs.

This year, as part of the programme, NTUC will also be collaborating with the Singapore Exchange, or SGX, to engage PMEs in financial literacy.

SGX will be holding talks and one-to-one financial clinics at the Summit.
