SINGAPORE: Four youths will be charged in court on Friday with rioting.
The youths, aged between 22 and 24 years, are alleged to have assaulted a 40-year-old man at the HomeTeamNS (HTNS) Country Club in Bukit Batok on Tuesday.
Preliminary investigations by police revealed that the victim had been assaulted after a dispute.
The four suspects were arrested on Wednesday.
If found guilty, the four youths could face a jail term of up to seven years and caning. - CNA/de/xq/sf
