SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 31—year—old man suspected of obscene acts in Chinatown.
He was caught at about 4pm on Monday, about three weeks after he allegedly committed the offences.
He’s believed to have exposed his private parts and used obscene language on a 42—year—old woman in Pagoda Street at about 7am on 16 January.
The victim saw him again at about 7am on 18 January near the entrance of Chinatown MRT entrance, where he allegedly approached her and used obscene language.
She reported the matter to the police.
The suspect was caught at a construction site in Punggol on 4 February.
Police believe he was involved in at least two of such cases in Chinatown.
The suspect will be charged in court on 5 February.
