SINGAPORE: A food and beverage site located at Punggol Point has been launched for public tender by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
URA said the release of the site complements existing and upcoming attractions in the Punggol Point area, which is envisioned to be a key recreation destination.
The site measures 11,606.6 square metres and has a maximum permissible 3,000 square metres of Gross Floor Area (GFA).
It can be built into a two—storey development that will have a lease term of 15 years.
URA says a maximum 20 per cent of the total GFA can be used for additional food and beverage use or for complementary retail use.
The tender was launched on Tuesday and will close at 12 noon on February 26 next year.
URA says selection of the tenderer will based on the tendered land price only.
