Companies now have an additional resource to help them manage their human resources and to better attract and retain talents.
Called the Enhanced HR Capability Toolkit, it is jointly developed by SPRING Singapore and the Singapore National Employers Federation.
It was launched today by Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Mr Lee Yi Shyan.
The toolkit aims to improve and strengthen SME human resource capabilities by addressing HR gaps and promoting good HR practices.
Mr Lee announced this at the opening of Sheng Siong's HQ, Warehouse & Distribution Centre this morning.
Mr Lee said he hopes more companies will benefit from this enhanced toolkit.
He added that in this tight labour market, companies will do well if they have effective recruitment and retention strategies.
