SINGAPORE: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam will visit the Kingdom of Cambodia on Monday as Singapore’s chief representative at the Royal Cremation Ceremony of the late King—Father of the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Majesty Norodom Sihanouk.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong earlier visited Phnom Penh on October 21, 2012 to pay tribute to the late King—Father.
While in Phnom Penh, DPM Tharman will also meet with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Keat Chhon.
DPM Tharman will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
