Doctor who performed eyebag surgery without proper qualifications fined $15,000
The Singapore Medical Council has fined a doctor $15,000 for performing laser eyebag surgery although he wasn't qualified to do so.
A discplinary inquiry against Dr Peter Goh Min Yih was held after the Ministry fo Health filed a complaint against him.
Dr Goh who was with Advance Surgical Group, faced two charges of professional misconduct, one of which was dropped after he contested.
He has also been censured and ordered to provide a written undertaking not to perform such procedures.
