SINGAPORE: The Raffles Girls’ School (RGS) alumni has launched a cookbook to raise funds to build a Performing Arts Centre at the new school campus.

The book, which comprises 76 recipes from alumni members, is also a collection of memories.

You can now re—create dishes such as yam cakes by singer Stefanie Sun and other mouth—watering snacks with a new cookbook titled "Consuming Passion — Memories from The Rafflesian Table."

The book is published in commemoration of the school’s 130th anniversary.

The cookbook will also feature personal anecdotes and culinary tips from various alumni, including Beatrice Chia—Richmond, who said: "We come from all walks of life but food is a starting point."

The book costs S$60 each and can be purchased from Raffles Girls’ School.
