Coca-cola partners A*STAR to expand technology presence in Singapore
The Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology and Research or A*STAR has inked a pact with Coca-Cola to develop new technologies and innovations.
Under the partnership, A*STAR will complement Coca-Cola's existing R&D centres in Asia.
A*STAR's researchers can also collaborate with the R&D centres to boost A*STAR's own research activities in food and nutrition research.
As for Coca-Cola, its Vice-President and Global R&D Officer Nancy Quan says the partnership will allow the corporation to tap A*STAR's knowledge of Asian consumers to provide solutions for the growing Asia Pacific markets.
