Burst water pipe along Keppel Road

National water agency, PUB, says a section of Keppel Road (between Cantonment Road and Cantonment Link) towards HabourFront is closed to facilitate urgent repairs to the water mains.
The mains is believed to have burst.
Photos sent in to MediaCorp showed a big hole in the road with water gushing out.
Jason Chong, who witnessed the scene, said he noticed that a car was trapped in the hole.

Traffic has been diverted to a paralllel road.
Traffic police are on site to assist.
