SINGAPORE: Singapore’s bowlers clinched another gold medal at the Commonwealth Tenpin Bowling Championship (CTBC) in New Zealand on Friday.

The latest gold came from the team event, comprising Javier Tan, Bernice Lim, Geraldine Ng and Jaris Goh.

137 points separated Singapore from second—placed Australia, while Malaysia was third.

On Wednesday, Singapore clinched two gold medals from the men’s and women’s doubles events.

The top 12 men and women participants will be invited to contest the Masters event.

A gold in this last event will see Singapore surpassing the previous best haul of three gold medals won at the 2011 edition of the championship in Malaysia.
