Application for The Miele Guide Culinary scholarship opens June 15
SINGAPORE: A culinary scholarship programme will open for application from June 15.
Only two places are awarded each year; one to a Singaporean and another from one of the 17 Asian countries represented in the Miele Guide.
The Miele Guide Culinary Scholarship Programme is now into its fifth year.
Organised by the Miele Guide and At—Sunrice Globalchef Academy, and supported by Singapore’s Workforce Development Agency, the 17—month programme aims to nurture and assist aspiring chefs in achieving their culinary dreams through a formal culinary education and a well—recognised diploma.
