A multi-vehicle accident involving a Causeway Link bus, a car and a motorcycle this morning blocked off both lanes at the PIE Stevens Road exit.
This caused a traffic standstill that tailed back for several kilometres.
The accident took place in front of the Whitley Road Caltex petrol station.
One ambulance was despatched, and a man in his twenties was sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Hotline callers told MediaCorp that passengers of the bus, which bore Johor licence plates, were forced to alight.
