A pilot fitness training programme to be launched early next year for HomeTeam NSmen
HomeTeamNS has will be launching a pilot fitness training programme early next year, to help NSmen from the Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence Force prepare for their Individual Physical Proficiency Test or IPPT.
It promises to be a holistic programme that goes beyond the simplified IPPT test format that was recently announced.
HomeTeam NSmen will be able to get one-on-one coaching from former Physical Training Instructors from the Police and SCDF at HomeTeamNS's three newly refurbished gyms.
The pilot programme will involve an estimated 120 NSmen for a series of 10 fitness sessions over five weeks.
It is part of HomeTeamNS' 26-million-dollar initiative to enhance the facilities and membership benefits.
