97.6% proceed to secondary school: PSLE results
The PSLE results are out and 97.6 per cent of the cohort will be able to proceed to secondary schools.
This works out to 47,163 students.
Out of the number, some 63 per cent are eligible for the Express course, 23 per cent for the Normal (Academic) course and more than 11 per cent for the Normal (Technical) course.
1,170 students are assessed to be not yet ready for secondary school.
Students eligible to progress to secondary school received their option forms to select secondary schools from their primary schools today.
They have until 3pm on November 28 to complete the forms, either online or through their primary schools.
The posting results will be released on December 19.
