Certis CISCO Security unionised
More than 6,000 employees of Certis CISCO Security will be eligible for union membership.
This follows a memorandum of understanding between the security firm and the Union of Security Employees. USE.
The eligible employees represent 60 per cent of Certis' workforce.
As part of the MOU, a union-management selected committee will be set up to promote the welfare and well-being of Certis CISCO staff who become members of the union.
It'll complement the existing grievance handling process.
The committee will be supported by an Industrial Relations Officer of USE.
