The highest sales of more than 800 monthly concession passes were bought by polytechnic students priced at S$51 each.
The pass allows for unlimited travel on both buses and trains.
As for the new S$120 adult monthly concession pass, Transit Link said nearly 5,000 people have applied for it since March 6.
Those who wish to purchase the passes can do so from the General Ticketing Machines located at all trains stations.
From Sunday, adult commuters will pay between 4 and 6 cents more per journey on buses and trains.
Senior citizens will pay 2 to 3 cents more, while students pay 2 cents more per journey.
