SINGAPORE: Police have arrested three Mongolian men for theft, misuse of credit or debit cards and fraudulent possession.

The three men are aged between 24 and 34.

Police said they received several reports of theft committed between 26 and 30 July at Sentosa.

The alleged culprits then went on to use the stolen credit and debit cards to make unauthorised purchases.

The three men were arrested on Sunday when they were attempting to leave Singapore.

Some of the stolen loot, which were kept in their luggage, were seized.

The three suspects will be charged in court on Wednesday.
