SINGAPORE: Two male Singaporeans have been arrested in connection with an attack at Orchard Cineleisure that left a young man in intensive care.
The 23—year—old victim was attacked on the night of 27 December and is in the intensive care unit at Singapore General Hospital.
Police said the first suspect was caught on Saturday while the second was caught on Sunday.
One of the suspects, who’s 22 years old, will be charged in court on Monday with voluntarily causing grievous hurt.
If convicted, he faces a jail sentence of up to 10 years as well as caning.
Investigations against the other suspect, who’s 23 years old, are ongoing.
