170 projects showcased at MOE's ExCEL Fest which celebrates innovation

More than 90 individuals and teams were recognised for their innovative ideas at this year's Education Ministry ExCEL Fest.
More than 170 projects from 130 schools are being showcased at the two-day annual event.
Of the award winners, 55 won the Innergy Award, which recognises innovative ideas that have been successfully implemented in their schools or workplaces.
Two of them are Guangyang Primary School and Hougang Primary School.
Hougang Primary's soilless vertical green wall, which reduces classroom temperature and provides pupils with an environment to learn about global warming and the impact of urbanisation.
And Chinese Character Aerobic at Guangyang Primary, help pupils learn the strokes of Chinese characters through simple hand and body movements.
