After a season of torrential downpours and scorching heat, Singapore was suddenly struck with hazy conditions, believed to be caused by fires over neighbouring Sumatra. As of April 19, 4pm, the NEA has reported PSI readings of between 28 and 43 for the whole of Singapore. Unhealthy PSI readings start from 101, while anything above 300 is considered hazardous.
